Vault work encompasses all aspects of vaults:
Repair & replacement of structural steel supports, reinforced structural slabs over metal deck, waterproofing over vault, and topped with sidewalk slabs and curbs. Vault downsizing as well as installation of new vaults.
We have extensive experience with vaults and all work is permitted by the NYC DOT & DOB.

Safety Measures Takenl
Work area is kept sealed off from pedestrian traffic using
barricades placed along the entire perimeter to clearly mark the work area.
Walkways and ramps are provided to building entrances and stores so as not to interfere with the daily business while work is in progress.
When the job calls for full sidewalk closing, pedestrians are
provided with a protected pedestrian walkway in the street as required by the NYC DOT
.
