Established in its own right in 2001, Crown Contracting NY Ltd. is comprised of experienced management and labor force and performs work in the following three categories.:

• Solar Energy
• Reinforced Concrete
• Structural Steel
• Waterproofing

Solar Energy
Crown Contracting NY Ltd. has also expanded into solar energy for installation of photovoltaic systems. We have passed nationally recognized exams and certification and are as such are able to obtain federal and state incentives and rebates. link

Reinforced Concrete
Crown Contracting NY Ltd. performs concrete work on sidewalks and sidewalk vaults, common to New York City. Vault work entails  structural steel beams, reinforced concrete and waterproofing over the vault. Crown has extensive experience in this field. link

Structural steel
Installation and replacement of structural steel beams and girders and finish with spray on fireproofing. Naturally, we perform the relevant masonry and interior work to go along with the job. link

Waterproofing
Waterproofing and roofing repair with 15-20 manufacturer's warranty, we well as waterproofing over sidewalk vaults. link

Crown operates with work permits from the NYC Department of Buildings, Department of Transportation and is also licensed by the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs for Home Improvement sales, contracts and construction.
